Wonderful News in My Little Bubble
Back in July, I submitted a small collage ornament for Cloth Paper Scissors magazine's Holiday Gift Swap. It was the first piece of art I have ever submitted to a magazine. Earlier in the month, I received a pretty collage magnet from another artist, Peg Englishman. I knew some of the holiday gifts would be featured in the November/December issue, but I never heard more about it.
Today I was delighted to receive the new issue and was thrilled to see my ornament on page 80, next to Peg Englishman's lovely magnet! What an encouraging step in my artistic journey.
